Waru Collectables — Pre-Order Terms & Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before placing a pre-order with Waru Collectables. By placing a pre-order through our online store, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined below.

1. Regional Delivery Restrictions (Northern Australia Priority)

To support and prioritize our regional collector community, certain high-demand and allocated pre-order products are strictly restricted to delivery within Northern Australia (Mackay and North).

  • Eligible Delivery Zones: Only shipping addresses located in Mackay, North Queensland, Far North Queensland, Cape York, the Torres Strait, the Northern Territory, and the Kimberley region are eligible for restricted pre-order items.

  • Automatic Cancellation & Refunds: Any pre-order placed with a shipping address outside these designated Northern Australian zones will be automatically cancelled and refunded in full.

  • Billing vs. Shipping: Eligibility is determined strictly by the physical shipping address provided at checkout.

2. Household & Customer Order Limits (Fair Play Policy)

To prevent mass-purchasing and ensure fair access across our collector community, restricted pre-order items are subject to a strict One (1) Item Per Customer / Household limit.

  • Multiple Order Audits: If multiple orders are detected using the same customer name, shipping address, billing address, email, phone number, or payment method exceeding the stated limit, all associated orders may be cancelled and refunded without prior notice.

  • Store Integrity: We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders suspected of bot activity, unauthorized reselling, or circumventing quantity limits.

3. Payment & Price Guarantee

  • Upfront Payment: Payment in full is required at the time the pre-order is placed to reserve your allocation.

  • Price Lock: The price confirmed at checkout is final. You will not be charged any additional amount if market prices rise prior to release.

4. Release Dates, Manufacturer Delays & Allocations

  • Estimated Release Dates: Release dates displayed on product pages are estimates provided by manufacturers and official distributors and are subject to change without notice.

  • Supplier Shortages & Allocation Cuts: In the rare event of manufacturer delays, international shipping disruptions, or distributor allocation cuts outside our control, orders will be fulfilled in the sequence they were received. If your reserved allocation cannot be fulfilled, you will receive an immediate notification and a 100% full refund.

5. Cancellations & Change of Mind

  • Customer Cancellations: Because allocations are locked in directly with our distributors upon order confirmation, pre-orders are considered committed orders. Requests to cancel pre-orders due to change of mind may be subject to a cancellation/restocking administrative fee (up to 10%) to cover non-refundable merchant transaction fees.

  • Store Cancellations: If Waru Collectables cancels your order due to delivery zone restrictions or distributor cuts, you will be refunded in full with zero penalty fees.

6. Combined Shipping & Dispatch

  • Mixed Orders: If you purchase an in-stock item in the same order as a pre-order item, your entire order will be held and dispatched together once all pre-ordered items have officially arrived in stock.

  • Separate Dispatch: If you require in-stock items immediately, please place separate orders.

  • Collector-First Packing: All pre-orders are dispatched via tracked domestic services and packaged using heavy-duty protective materials to ensure pristine transit condition.
