Shipping Policy
Order Dispatch
All in-stock orders placed through our online store are dispatched within 2 business days, regardless of when the order is placed. Orders are shipped via Australia Post or Sendle.
Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking notification will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please note that tracking emails may occasionally be delivered to your spam or promotions folder.
Packaging of Orders

Domestic Shipping (Australia)
Domestic orders are shipped using Australia Post or Sendle. The courier is selected at our discretion based on what we determine to be the most reliable and efficient service for your delivery location and parcel size.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order.
Local Pickup
Local pickup is currently available from Bentley Park, Cairns. This option will remain available until our physical shopfront opens. Pickup details will be provided once your order is confirmed.
International Shipping
International shipping is available on all items listed on our website. Orders are dispatched via Australia Post with tracking.
Once the parcel arrives in your destination country, delivery is handled by the local postal service (for example, USPS for deliveries within the United States). Delivery times may vary depending on destination and local postal services.
