Dispatch of regular orders

All orders for stock on the online store, regardless of when they are placed, will be dispatched within 2 business days via Australia Post or Sendle courier services. Tracking notifications will be sent via the email provided on your order. The tracking notification can occasionally go to a spam/promotions folder.

 

Packaging of orders

All measures are taken to ensure the correct amount of care is taken to keep your item secure and safe throughout shipping. We welcome any feedback to further improve our shipping services.

Domestic Shipping

Domestic shipping is through both Australia Post and Sendle. We decide at our discretion which courier service to use on what we deem the best service based on your location and package size. We calculate the cost of shipping based on the size of the package.

 

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available at Bentley Park, Cairns, until we open our shopfront shortly. 

 

International Shipping

International Shipping is available on all items on our website and is sent via Australia Post with tracking. The package is then outsourced in your home country by Australia Post. For Example, USPS is generally the courier used for deliveries in the United States.
