Refund Policy

At Waru Collectables, we want you to be confident with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, please review our refund policy below for eligibility and return conditions.


1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:

  • The item is unused and in the same condition as received

  • Returned in original packaging, including all accessories, tags, and protective materials

  • The return request is made within 30 days of the original purchase date

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked as “Final Sale”, “As Is”, or clearance items


2. Proof of Purchase

A valid proof of purchase is required to process all returns. This may include:

  • Order confirmation email

  • Packing slip

  • Receipt


3. Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing times typically range from 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider


4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
If you require an exchange for the same item, please contact us before returning the product so we can arrange the process.


5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • If a refund is approved, return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount

For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for items lost in return transit.


6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately with details and photos where possible.

In these cases, we will:

  • Provide return instructions

  • Arrange a replacement or full refund

  • Cover applicable return shipping costs


7. Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.
Sale items are non-refundable, unless required by Australian Consumer Law.
