Waru Collectables Refund Policy
At Waru Collectables, we want you to be thrilled with your purchase! If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help. Please review our refund policy below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- In its original packaging, including all accessories, tags, and protective materials.
- Returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Please note that certain types of goods are exempt from being returned, including:
- Gift cards
- Items clearly marked as "final sale" or "as is"
2. Proof of Purchase
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. This can be your original order confirmation email, packing slip, or a physical receipt.
3. Refunds
