6. Bricked or Damaged Cards

  • The purchasing of trading cards comes at a risk that is beyond our control due to various reasons. 
  • Buying retro/wax pack era cards may result in heartbreak, so you are buying at your own risk.
  • Waru Collectables is not liable for any heartbreak that may arise from purchasing trading cards.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations, is the property of Waru Collectables or its content suppliers and protected by Australian and international copyright laws.
