At Waru Collectables, we are collectors first. Our mission is to ensure that genuine fans and hobbyists have a fair opportunity to secure the latest releases, limited editions, and high-demand products at a fair price.
To protect our community from predatory buying practices and "bot" activity, we have implemented the following Scalpers Policy.
1. Purchase Limits (Household Caps)
To ensure as many collectors as possible get a chance to enjoy new releases, we enforce strict Per Customer/Per Household limits on high-demand items (e.g., TCG Booster Boxes, Limited Edition Funko Pops, and Select NRL releases).

Multiple orders placed by the same individual, household, or using the same credit card/shipping address that exceed these limits will be cancelled without notice.
2. Anti-Bot Monitoring
We use advanced security measures to detect and block automated "bot" software. Any orders flagged as being placed by a bot or automated script will be immediately cancelled. We reserve the right to permanently ban accounts associated with bot activity.
3. Order Review & Cancellation
We manually review orders for "hot" items. We reserve the right to cancel any order that we reasonably believe is intended for immediate resale or "flipping." Indicators of scalping include:

Using multiple identities to bypass purchase limits.

Freight forwarding addresses.

Disposable email addresses or suspicious payment patterns.
4. "Flipping" Protection
Waru Collectables reserves the right to refuse service to known scalpers or individuals who have been identified as purchasing stock solely to list it on secondary markets (eBay, Facebook Marketplace, etc.) at inflated prices before the product has even been officially released.
5. Refund Policy for Cancelled Scalper Orders
If an order is cancelled due to a violation of this policy (exceeding limits or bot use), a 10% restocking fee may be applied to the refund to cover non-refundable merchant transaction fees and the administrative time required to restock the item for genuine collectors.
